Why am I the right person to guide you on this journey? Because this isn't just a method I teach, I’ve lived this.

I’ve held hundreds of women as they reclaimed their voices, and I’ve watched them rise. My mission is to continue into the thousands - helping women to reconnect with their authentic voices, embracing their divine feminine essence and reclaiming their power.

I know what it’s like to feel disconnected from your voice - to wonder if it’s safe to speak, sing, or be seen.

And I've felt the shift...

When breath, sound, and soul brought me home to myself, back to the divine feminine voice within my womb, my heart and my spirit.

I work with the chakra system as a pathway into the body and as a bridge to the voice, blending breathwork, sacred sound, and mantras to awaken authentic expression.

I’ve witnessed what becomes possible when we dare to show up. When we dare to go deep into our bodies and allow the emotional blockages to be released through voicework.
